    Huasun Energy has successfully secured the bid for the first batch of n-type heterojunction (HJT) solar module procurement for solar projects by Power Construction Corporation of China (Power China), encompassing a total supply of 1 GW across Sections 1 and 2. This accomplishment underscores Huasun's leadership in offshore photovoltaic (PV) technology and HJT systems, establishing a robust foundation for its expansion into the offshore PV market. With extensive expertise in high-efficiency n-type HJT technology and superior product performance, Huasun distinguished itself from numerous competitors to win this significant contract. The project will be executed in the marine area of Aoshan Bay, located in the Jimo District of Qingdao, a costal city in Shandong Province, China. The region's predominantly soft soil sets stricter requirements for enhanced water resistance, corrosion resistance, durability, and stability of the solar modules. Huasun's G12-132 V-Ocean HJT solar module is recognized as China's first certified module specifically designed for offshore PV applications.   • Astronergy’s ASTRO N TOPCon modules achieve 0.66% first-year degradation

    According to CPVT’s recent report on module outdoor degradation, Astronergy’s ASTRO N n-type TOPCon PV modules achieved an impressive first-year degradation of only 0.66%, way lower than the industry’s average of 1% Featuring advanced double AR coating glass and a higher bifaciality rate, Astronergy's n-type TOPCon PV modules optimize light absorption while minimizing reflection loss, thus ensuring maximum efficiency. Moreover, with a temperature coefficient of -0.29 degrees Celsius, ASTRO N TOPCon module products show minimal heat loss, and deliver outstanding power generation performance compared to other products.  CPVT’s testing power station is located in Northwest China’s Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, which enjoys abundant sunshine and strong solar radiation. These conditions make it an ideal place to conduct tests to verify the module's performance against UVID and LID resistance.  After more than one year of outdoor sunlight exposure from September 2022 to November 2023, the lowest degradation is 0.53% while the highest degradation of the 9 testing modules is 0.79%, resulting in an average degradation of 0.66%. At SNEC 2024, Astronergy was hornered the “2024 Overall Highest Achiever” again by the Renewable Energy Test Center (RETC). The company’s ASTRO N n-type TOPCon PV modules outperformed the industry average in 10 tests, such as LETID Resistance test, Damp Heat test, PID Resistance, etc.  As one of the first companies in the industry to realize mass production of TOPCon PV modules, Astronergy remains dedicated to providing top-quality and reliable products.   • Com aumento de usinas solares instaladas no Brasil, L8 Energy mira em operação e manutenção de sistemas fotovoltaicos

    Em seis meses, geração centralizada de energia solar cresceu 22% em todo o país, atingindo a marca de 15,6 Gigawatts de potência instalada em setembro, segundo dados da ABSOLAR Para atender à crescente demanda no mercado brasileiro de energia solar, a L8 Energy, que já atua há oito anos na distribuição e industrialização de sistemas fotovoltaicos, decidiu ampliar o seu portfólio com o serviço de Operação e Manutenção (O&M) de usinas solares. Segundo o boletim da Associação Brasileira de Energia Solar Fotovoltaica (ABSOLAR), em cinco meses a potência instalada em energia solar centralizada cresceu 22%, passando de 12.805 Megawatts (MW) em março, para 15.620 MW em setembro.  “Muitas empresas já perceberam as vantagens econômicas e ambientais dos sistemas fotovoltaicos e, por isso, nos últimos anos tivemos um crescimento exponencial na quantidade de usinas de até 5MW instaladas em todo o país. A regulação do mercado livre de energia impulsionou ainda mais este setor e, hoje, as usinas são buscadas tanto para reduzir os custos operacionais das companhias quanto por investidores que pretendem comercializar a energia” , explica Leandro Kuhn, CEO da L8. Ele explica que a expansão da energia solar centralizada abriu um imenso mercado para profissionais capacitados atuarem na operação e manutenção das usinas. “Este serviço é altamente especializado e engloba não somente a gestão da usina, mas a identificação de problemas que podem comprometer a sua produtividade. Por isso, contamos com diferentes recursos tecnológicos para acompanharmos diariamente todos os indicadores e agirmos de forma preventiva, a fim de garantir a boa performance do sistema”, destaca Kuhn. Atualmente a L8 faz a operação e manutenção de duas usinas localizadas em Espinosa e Coração de Jesus, ambas em Minas Gerais, estado que lidera a geração solar centralizada no país. Por meio de um sistema de supervisão, a equipe monitora remotamente toda a operação da usina como geração de energia, desempenho dos trackers, energia injetada na concessionária, dados da estação solarimétrica e possíveis falhas nos inversores, por exemplo.  Os serviços de O&M envolvem ainda a limpeza dos módulos e da vegetação, manutenções preventivas da fixação dos módulos e do cabeamento, monitoramento da temperatura dos inversores e SKID. “ Não só oferecemos este serviço de O&M como também temos uma Central de Assistência Técnica certificada pelos principais fabricantes para a manutenção e conserto de inversores ”, ressalta Leandro Kuhn. Segundo o boletim de outubro da ABSOLAR, a potência instalada de sistemas fotovoltaicos no Brasil é de 48 mil MW, sendo 15.620 MW de geração centralizada e 32.624 MW de geração distribuída. Com isso, a energia solar representa 20,28% de toda a energia elétrica produzida no país, atrás apenas da hídrica, que é responsável por 46% da matriz elétrica brasileira.
